How to Check KUCCPS 2024/2025 Placement Results

Students who submitted their university or college application for 2024/2025 placement via the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) can now check their placement results. This is possible since the placement results are out.

You can use different options to check your placement results which can be through online portal or SMS.

How to Access Results Via Online Portal

This is one of the legit and surest way to access your placement results. In order to access the results, use the procedure outlined below;

• On your browser, type the link http://students.kuccps.net. The page below will be displayed.

• Click on the LOGIN button at the top right corner, the page below will be displayed.

• Using your details, login as follows; Username – Enter your full index number, the year of exam enter 2023 and Password you can use your birth certificate number or KCPE index number.

Once you have logged in, you will see a message in Bold below your dashboard that reads; Congratulations, followed by a University you have been placed then finally the course you will pursue.

In this portal, you can also be able to download your admission letter.

KUCCPS Provisional Placement Results

After the first revision, the placement body releases a list of students who need to carry out second revision of courses after failing to secure placement in the first revision.

Instead of going through the long list of unplaced students, you can opt to log into your dashboard to check whether you have been selected in first revision or not.

If you have been placed, a message will be displayed reading;

“You have provisionally secured one of your choices subject to approval by placement Service Board,”

At this level, provisional results don’t inform you of the course and University you have been placed, but this is to inform you that you were selected in your first revision and no need to go for second revision.

You should be sure that you have been placed on one of your course and University selection that you made during application.

For those who won’t see the above message, should know that they have not secured any place in all the courses and institutions applied for in the first revision and therefore, they should prepare to go for second revision of courses.

How to Access KUCCPS 2024/2025 Results Via SMS

The placement body can use the number you provided during application and send you the placement results via SMS.

This SMS is sent once the placement results have been announced. Make sure that the phone number you provided during application is on, in order for you to receive your placement results.
