How to Replace Lost TSC Certificate Online

The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has introduced an online platform meant to aid teachers who have lost their registration certificates to apply for a replacement.

This comes at a time when the commission has upgraded its Document Management System (DMS) to include generation of lost certificates through the online platform.

This upgraded system can now be able to accept documents, process them and offer updates to the users.

This is a computerized system that is used by the Teachers Service Commission staff and teachers in storing, tracking and managing files and documents.

This system is part of the Enterprise Content Management System (EMC) that has a direct linkage with the Digital Asset Management workflow system, Document Management System and Records Management System.

Procedure For Submitting Application

• Visit the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) online portal and log in Using your provided Email and password. If you don’t have one, you can create an account with the Teachers’ Service Commission
• Have you scanned documents ready in soft copy and click on upload to submit the listed documents. The documents include; ID/Passport, Bank slip showing your TSC Number or Mobile Banking Message screenshot, Marriage certificate, Letter of clearance for expatriats from the Ministry of Education vetting committee and police abstract.
• Click n the TSC Online services drop down arrow and fill all the required information with your correct KRA pin.
• You will receive a prompt for payment where you will be required to pay Sh2060 before submitting the application.

Once the Certificate has been processed and ready, the commission will notify you via email where you will have an option to download and print the certificate or pick it from your preferred postal address used during application.

This new system has proved to save the teachers time and money spent during application as compared to the manual system.

Those teachers who have lost their certificates are asked to take advantage of this System and make their applications count.

The upgrade of the Document Management System (DMS) is a relieve to teachers as many have been having trouble in replacing their list certificates.
