It is now easier to download your KUCCPS admission letter for 2024/2025 academic year. Here we are going to provide the procedure of obtaining admission letters for all universities and joining instructions to enable you prepare adequately for admission.

You should note that the joining instructions should be ready carefully and all forms filled and sent back to the institution before the admission day. This is in preparation for your admission.

In order for you to download your admission letter, you will be required to be in possession of your reference number or admission number for you to be able to download your letter successfully.

• Visit this link https://admission.jkuat.ac.ke/checkadmssion. You will see the KUCCPS Admission Letters link, then click on it.
• Enter your KCSE Index number in full and now click on ‘Confirm Admission Letter’
• To download, find it and click on download button, then print your admission letter.

• On your browser, type this link https://smis.uonbi.ac.ke/. You will access the link for KUCCPS admission letters
• Enter your admission number in the ‘Registration Number ‘ field and enter your ID number/KCSE Index number/registered Mobile number as your password and then click Log in.
• Find the admission letter then click on download.
• You can now print your letter and read the joining instructions.
