TSC Payslip Registration, Login and Download

Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is mandated with recruitment of teachers in Kenya.

The commission since 2015 moved its services online reducing paperwork. There is a range of services that the commission can provide including TSC Payslips.

The following are some of the services provided online by the commission;

• Teacher Registration
• Online wealth Declaration
• Online payslip Application
• Online payslip Application
• Pension registration
• TMIS
• TPAD
• Performance Contract

How to Register for TSC Payslip

Initially, the commission allowed teachers to register for payslips online by visiting the TSC payslip portal then clicking on Registration/activate account. You were required to create a strong password and username.

The commission stopped this registration method indefinitely and teachers who have been employed and received their first salary need to visit the TSC county offices with their original National Identity Card for enrollment.

How to Log Into Payslip Portal

After you have been successfully been enrolled at the TSC county offices, you can now be able to log into the portal to access your monthly payslips.

You can follow the following steps to log into the tpay portal.

• Type this link https://T-Pay.tsc.go.ke/ into the browser’s address bar. A page like the one below will be displayed.

• In the fields provided, enter your username ( TSC number/ID Number) and password then click Login. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on forgot your password to reset your password. A page like the one below will be displayed.

• Once you are logged in, you will be able to see your account dashboard.
• On the left page at the top right corner, click on the three lines and the following service will be displayed;

1. View Payslips
2. Vie P9 (s)
3. Send Payslip(s)
4. My transaction(s)
5. My Documents

• In your dashboard, you can now choose any service you wish to use. You can download your latest payslips, your P9 forms and even sharing your payslip with third party. You can also be able to view your third party transactions. You can also be able to change your T-Pay password.

From the new dashboard of the portal, you can be able to find anything you want with a lot of ease.

How to Download Your Payslip

Its now easier to download and keep a copy of your payslip for future use/reference. In order to download your payslip, follow the following procedure outlined below;

• Click on latest payslip where you will be able to access your payslips for the last four months.
• You can take a screenshot of the payslip you wish to keep a copy of.
• Alternatively, there is an icon indicated print at the bottom of the payslip. Click on print to save and print a copy.

NB: You can access other payslips for other months using the search button on the menu items.
