– Original and copies of your National Identity card, NCPWD card (if applicable), and two passport size photographs.

– Certificates and testimonials including KCPE, KCSE, ‘A’ Level, Diploma, Degree, etc., along with official academic transcripts.

– Certificate of Registration as a teacher.

– KRA PIN certificate.

– Bank Plate.

– Pay point particulars form, duly filled.

– NHIF Card.

– Primary and secondary school leaving certificates and other relevant testimonials.

– Evidence of service as a teacher intern (if applicable).

– Acknowledgment of receipt of application for employment.

– Evidence of separation from the Commission for those previously employed by TSC.

The Principal/Secretary of the Board of Management is responsible for verifying and certifying all submitted documents before issuing the Application for Employment Form (APPT 1).

Additionally, the school principal must submit the following documents to the TSC Sub-County Director:

– Duly filled and signed Application for Employment Form (APPT 1).

– Minutes of the selection panel, signed.

– Completed selection score guide, signed.

– Commitment letter to serve in the school, signed.

– Certified copies of National Identity card, NCPWD card (if applicable), two passport size photographs, certificates, academic transcripts, Certificate of Registration as a teacher, KRA PIN certificate, and bank plate.

– Pay point particulars form, duly filled.

– NHIF card.

– Primary and secondary school leaving certificates and other relevant testimonials.

– Evidence of service as a teacher intern (if applicable).

– Acknowledgment note for employment application documents.

– Evidence of separation from the Commission for those previously employed by TSC.
