TSC Transfers School Principals In Nyamira and Kisii County. Albert Ombiro, a former chief principal of Cardinal Otunga High School in Mosocho. Ezekiel Okeyo from Nyansiongo Secondary institution has taken over as the new head of the institution.

Some principals in Kisii and Nyamira counties have been transferred by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) in advance of the second term’s school reopening.

The chief principal of St. Kizito Nyansiongo Boys High School, Ezekiel Okeyo, will be moving to Cardinal Otunga Mosocho to take over for Albert Ombiro, who was just elevated to deputy director of education, according to the most recent information from the county offices.

Gerald Ayiera, the deputy principal, has been overseeing Cardinal Otunga as acting principal since his departure last month.

Following Okeyo is Kennedy Onduso, the principal of Orogare Secondary School, who is moved to St. Kizito Nyansiongo.

Prior to being delocalized to Bomet County, he served as the head of Ichuni Mixed Secondary School in the Kenyenya Sub-county.

The principal of Nyaisa Secondary School in Nyamira County, who was moved to Kiamabundu Secondary School in Kisii County, is another individual impacted.

According to sources, parents at Nyaisa Secondary School have opposed the transfer and filed a lawsuit to stop it, claiming that he has significantly increased enrollment at the school from a pitiful 200 pupils to 800 at this time.

One of the parents, Jason Ogeto, stated, “We ask the TSC to stop demoralising teachers but learn to give credit where it is due.”
